Executive Coaching

What can coaching do for me?

Our executive coaching is designed primarily for leaders serving in professional and organizational contexts—those navigating the complexity, pressure, and responsibility of leadership in corporate and marketplace environments.

Our coaching integrates leadership development with soul care, attending not only to what you do, but to who you are becoming. Our coaches bring distinct strengths—ranging from emotional intelligence and inner congruence, to systems awareness, to tools like the Enneagram and CliftonStrengths—helping leaders grow in clarity, resilience, and relational integrity within the complexity of their lives and work.

Coaching offers a space to slow down and reflect on your life and leadership with greater clarity and intention. It can help you grow in self-awareness, navigate complexity, and respond rather than react in the midst of pressure. Over time, coaching supports deeper alignment between your inner life and outward responsibilities—so that your leadership flows from a place of integrity, wisdom, and sustainable presence.

Chuck DeGroat, PhD, LPC

Chuck DeGroat offers executive coaching at the intersection of leadership, character, and soul care. As the founder of two counseling centers, a clinical mental health counseling program, and a missional training center in San Francisco focused on the formation of young professionals, Chuck brings decades of experience developing leaders in both corporate and ministry contexts.

He is the author of seven books exploring the complexities of leadership, the formation of character, and the pursuit of personal and vocational wholeness. Through his work with leaders across sectors, Chuck understands the unique burdens leaders carry—the loneliness, the pressure to perform, and the challenge of remaining grounded and integrated in demanding environments.

Chuck’s coaching creates space to slow down, reflect, and grow in self-awareness, emotional maturity, and clarity of purpose. His work helps leaders move toward greater alignment between their inner life and outward leadership, cultivating a more sustainable, honest, and wholehearted way of leading.
